What is the best makeup for acne?

I want a really good light-weight foundation. I dont exactly have "acne", but I have these little bumps all over my cheeks that are teeny tiny but you can definatly feel them if you touch my face. Im afraid they might turn into acne eventually so im trying to get rid of them. I wash my face everyday with Clean&Clear products and they are really helping me. but when I wear foundation, it kind of makes them come back out. I was looking into the Neutrogena Healthy Skin Compact Makeup, but the reviews are terrible. I want to find a good foundation (liquid or compact preferably) that will not make my "acne" appear.
