Should I accept this trade in my fantasy league?

I'd take the burleson and jacobs side of this deal b/c Thomas is coming back to a timeshare w/ Bell, and there's still Bush. Burleson is the #2, but playing like the #1....forget Housh. Jacobs is still the goal line RB, notwithstanding what happened this past Sunday. In this case, Jacobs and Thomas are similar and Burleson tips the scales.
