I have a promiscuous friend....?

My friend of three years has been in a marriage for five years. Of the five years she has cheated on her husband w/ multiple different people. Her husband never knew about her affairs. Some of them were 1 night stands, other were 6 or 8 months long. She lied about being fired from a job and said she did contract work in an effort to leave on the weekends to party. she has two sons, 7 & 4. Her husband finally found out about 1 of her affairs from an email that she left open. He said he would forgive her & do whatever it takes to make her happy but she said she has been unhappy for far to long with him. she says that he has never given her the attention that she needed. She is now in love with a married man who is leaving his wife to be with her after about 2-3 months. They are moving in w/ one another very soon. Do you think her relationship will work with the new guy if he leaves his wife. She says that he is her soul mate & she has waited her whole life for him.
