What does this dream mean?

Ok I keep having this dream like every other night and I had one similar a few months ago. So I am always with my family and its overcast outside but sort of like its about to storm really hard. I look outside and the streets are empty, then someone comes and tells me that we have to get ready for the terrible "trouble" coming. Then all the sudden a countdown starts and I have to get as much of my family and pack because were going to have to leave my house. Everytime time runs out and this huge storm comes and I always almost die and then I see a random old person walking then I'm on the streets by myself and everything is destroyed. Please tell me what you think it means.
