Gauging my psat results?

Ok. So I got my Psat results and I have no idea what to think of them. I got a 59 in Critical Reading, a 49 in Math, and a 58 in writing skills. I am a freshman in Geometry, if that has anything to do with this. I'm not really worried about the NMSC thing, but wouldjust like to know if these scores are okay. I understand the whole improving your skills thing. It would be great if you could compare them to like the CAT6 tests from California!(Sorry I'm so stupid with this!)
