And what guy follows a girl into the rest room just to chat? You should read the entire report of the case. The police didn't even secure the bathroom to collect evidence. They allowed the club to clean the restroom within 8 hours of the incident being reported. I believe he ually aulted a woman who was in no condition to give or deny consent. Apparently in Georgia it's either all out or it didn't occur at all which leaves the door open to other forms of ual ault.
