Anti-gun = loosing in polls. Why do the Democrats keep doing this to themselves?

Some Democrats want to regulate guns. None that I know of wan to confie them. There is no way in hell anyone is going to get enough votes in congress to bans all guns. Maybe military weapons in the hands of the public. I don't see a problem with that. Stop reading NRA propaganda. 90% of congress knows that voting to ban guns is political suicide. If guns are banned it will be a City or state issue. It will never be a federal one.
